If you have a steady influx of F/O’s, why did you raise the wage? SkyWest & Republic have a steady influx of F/O’s who’ve been diagnosed with “SJS” (Shinny Jet Syndrome) and neither have raised their rates.
They have plenty of FOs but no Captains so the planes are sitting. All the captains are leaving to higher paying positions. Some even a lateral move to Envoy or PSA
