Some may argue that this attitude is borderline pathological.
This is a way of life for me.
The good news is that this sort of passion will probably help keep you enjoying an aviation career long-term, if you get into the right job.
The bad news is that those of us who have been around for a while have seen this attitude in countless noobs, maybe even experienced it ourselves. It tends to fade with time and can turn on a dime to bitter disappointment for some. Make sure you understood the work rules, conditions, pay, and people before you take any aviation job. Think hard about how that will affect you over time.
I enjoy flying the most when all the non-flying stuff is going well.
