Take the job. See if you like it.
Things do suck, especially on the QOL and schedule flexibility side of things, but if we get a great contract, that could turn around significantly.
If it ends up that the new contract is not that great, or you just don't like the fit, now, more than ever, is a great time to collect a type rating and burnish your qualifications in order to move on to another airline.
