The biggest & most important question you’ll get asked at the interview is “Why do you want to work for Frontier?” Going to a MTC event solidifies that answer to the hiring team. It takes minimal planning and effort to attend a half day meet & greet. Extremely low risk/high reward. And you’re right, lots of low time pilots get the invite after attending and skip the line a bit, as they should. My new hire class had more than a handful of pilots with less than 2,000 hours total time.
