Default Here's how much you'll make on reserve at SWA

First year pay is $44.15 per trip until Sept. 1 2006 at which point it pays $45.90 per trip. Reserve guarantee is 96 trips per month for 31 day months, 90 TFP (Trips For Pay, the conversion is 1.1393 to convert to hourly pay as shown here in the APC pay chart) for 30 day months and 84 TFP in February. I.E. you get paid 6 TFP per day on reserve. Line holders get an AVERAGE of 6.5 TFP per day minimum so a 3 day trip pays a minimum of 19.5 TFP unless it's in open time where rigs don't apply, but let's not go there right now.

Soooo... that's about $47,000 plus about $5,000 in non taxed perdiem (usually 200 hours per month at $2.15/hour T.A.F.B).

If you pick up on your days off during your first year you'll get paid second year pay which is $74.49 TFP until Sept. 1 2006 at which point it pays $77.45 TFP.

Any questions?

S.B.
