Door A. I know a few guys that did it earlier this year and are already in their preferred west cost base 3 months out of training.
Door B, as mentioned above, you are looking at possibly 1.5-2 years before you can move with a new type. Plus, never trust rumors about a new type opening in a base until the AE actually drops (LAX 220 is a recent example)
