This mass attrition might force Chip’s hand on some massive give on QOL and pay rates. Sticking around and waiting for those changes is foolish. The only pilots sabotaging this negotiation process are the senior folks, Regional lifers, like you who sit and complain on APC and SAPA Forums about things you have zero control over.
