Sorry to **** in your snow Red but reserve at Pinnacle isn't that rosy. You will be SCHEDULED for 12 hours of reserve and days off, but you WILL be called at 0530 on day one for an "out and back" which WILL turn into a 5 day trip. Then when you check out on day 5 they WILL extend you into your day off. When you check out on day 6 they will attempt to schedule you into DAY7 in violation of "contract"/FAR's. You are lucky to get 7 days off as a rsv, and good luck getting a comp day.
