Proof would be a video of the threatening behavior, or publishing a verified email between the two parties.
It’s a public board. The accused can log on to refute the claim…or sue for libel if untrue. People do tend to believe those who actually are willing to take the heat in the public arena - and sign their name to it. But I’m certainly open to hear a rebuttal personally.
