The bottom couple of pilots in PDX are early 2022 hires. It then jumps to March 2020, so yes, roughly 2 years. You might squeak in earlier with all the attrition going on if you’re lucky.
There was no newhire classes from March 2020 until the new classes last year Oct 2021.
