Guardawg, a ZED pass is basically a discount airline pass for airlines employees. Depending on the mileage you are traveling, you will get a discount price for that trip in the area of around I guess 90-95% (someone correct me if I am wrong) either way it is cheap. But you are standby, so paying passengers always go before you, and before the flight leaves, if there is still an empty seat, you get it.

flyinaway, I assume you have been with your airline for more then 3 or 6 months?

I wonder if that is just a guideline that is there, but nobody pays much attention to it?

Does anybody have any experiences, or tried to go on an international airlines as a new-hire?
