Scope - no give backs - in fact tighten it up so the company can't do what they have done over the last 2 years even though we didn't open this section
Deadheading - I would be happy to go back to the prior contract, we gave away first class in the current contract
Pay - this needs to be high double digit % year one increase
Perdiem - government rates for each city and adjusted each year
Retirement - no pancakes, 50% of highest captain rate at 1000 hours
Duration - 3 years
