And those upgrades are projected to go more senior than expected (on the SWAPA vacancy projection tool - basically a mock bid). So where the early 2014 hires were able to choose from 3 or 4 domiciles last month, they're back to just OAK. So If I sound pessimistic, it's just because I'm an early 2014 hire. [emoji1787] But at the end of the day any movement up the list is better than the alternative!
Bids are always one step forward two steps back. You can't call it a trend based on one bid. And the junior CA will still be 8.5 years which historically is quite low for SWA.
