i dont know if they look at the longevity at your company. after thinking about it for a while, they did look at my DOH. if they issue you the ticket, i would assume your good, but don't take my word on that. you can go to ANY USAIR ticket counter, you do not have to go to the one of the particular city you are departing out of. and you can get you return ticket there also.
I was just looking at pass travel on other airlines as well. I'm with XJT and the employee travel site seems to have some pretty good info. Looks like it depends on the agreement between carriers. Some airlines have ID90/ZED agreements that are only good for mainline and not express/codeshare carriers. Some honor domestic partners/spouses, some don't. Some honor parents, some don't. Some charge higher zone rates for parents and domestic partners/spouses. Some require 3 months service, some 6 months, some have no requirement. I guess what I'm getting at is that it depends on where you're going and who you are trying to get on and the agreements can vary a lot. If there is an employee travel office or something along those lines, they would probably be the best point of contact to help you make heads or tails of it.
