he was a Gecas guy who stayed with Polar and then became COO at AAWWH before going to united as vp of cargo and now vp of cargo and vp of airport ops.
scott dolan is his name. he has talked repeatedly about re starting UAL cargo ops. a while back they tried to get the united MEC to agree to let Atlas fly ACMI contract for UAL while they still had over 2,000 out.... it was funny and sad.
