Agree, ideally they just let the vote happen and it fails. But... What if the F9 strategy is to just keep requesting a vote delay? I haven't read the Top Gun contract, but assuming they have no restrictions on requesting delays, they could keep requesting delays until the stock price increases or JB gets frustrated and agrees to pay the fee. That might already be true even now.

So based on what's been said, and not said, by all parties, I think there's better than a 50% chance the vote is allowed to happen, or if F9 requests another delay NK may just pull out of the agreement (with JB's blessing) and pay the fee (because they may have a letter of agreement with JB).
