I blame the company for not enforcing the uniform. I've made comments to guys I've flown with before, and honestly it's not worth it.

An email a few times a year from the chiefs reminding everyone to look professional wouldn't hurt.

I do draw the line at black sneakers though. I would have to say something and I have. One guy told me he had a doctor's note to wear them lol....
