There is no compelling reason to do this. I’m not sure the legacy carriers would want this at all. Just going to be another 2 years of LTD to pay out for a huge portion and more time being unproductive at the top of the pay scale. Not to mention medical increases.
That's the same thing we all said about 65. How'd that work out?
