Without question, Oxford is the best way to go. You'll pay a little extra for the "Oxford" name but the notes are extremely well put together. Every single one of my mates who did the ground school elsewhere and then did their brush up courses at OAT for the ones they failed, said they'd seen every question they got in the exam, during the brushup course.\

Just remember, you'll get what you pay for.
