I know you're bitter and all but, don't have anything against XJT which has one of the better contracts in the RJ business just to rationalize that 'its just a job' because to most of us we want and are pushing to make it more of a job and to restore our profession...
Is it a bad thing that XJT pays their FOs nearly $10k more second year than Pinnacle? There's no sense in wishing against that.
Stop settling for less.
"It's a regional, what do you expect?" It's more like
"It's an airline, I am expect to be treated better than dirt."
Please don't rationalize the erosion of work rules and pay rates.
