I think you can have a pretty good idea of what a merged seniority list will look like based on the last handful of arbitrated lists.
Here is the cheat sheet: JetBlue is the more senior group, Spirit the more junior
So what that usually means, based on the highly likely StatCat/Longevity integration is:
Spirit pilots will be upset that they lose some relative seniority
JBlu pilots are upset that they are now junior to a Spirit pilot that has less longevity than they do.
Both sides are ****ed, its a good integration.
Questions remain for the arbitrator, will the 220s be integrated with the 320 series and will JBlu dump all of the 190s before any ISL, because those will most likely not be integrated with the 320 series.
