Sounds like something happened to you. Whether you care to share or not is up to you but saying these things with nothing to back it up is pointless.
Regarding training contracts. You invest 20-30 grand in someone and they leave is that good business? No. Hence the point of training contracts.
If people had integrity there would be no need for them but I can tell you that’s for sure not the case
