what are you talking about? The better our contract going into jcba negotiations the better jcba we will get.
The original statment was about a pay LOA. If the company needs to curb attrition it creates bargaining power, that is worth more then a pay LOA.
JBU ALPA is pretty short sighted. Hopefully SPA and you guys can help us hold the line and get a industry leading CBA.
