It's common at the regionals, only took a couple minutes for a rep to explain to me why it's important to maintain a structure where vacation is actually time off. There's plenty of little things that sound like warts in our contract when you first get here until you learn the context in which they exist. Similar to how some mil guys in my class had a predisposed negative attitude towards unions before even learning anything about DALPA.
