It was really directed at you but more of an observation of stuff I've seen on here. The issue with selling vacation is that people will actually do it. That impacts the entire pilot group, not just you. **** happens, you sometimes get vacation weeks we don't want. I'm all for increasing option to move it, like increased IVDs. But selling it so guys can roll more thunder...screw that.
Amen. Pull the crap week and use convert to IVDs, or do something else with it within the confines of the contract, but working over vacation, more cutting off our noses to spite our faces.
