i will agree about the snapshot. thats why i said i didn't expect upgrades to stay that way. maybe you should read the whole post. i don't sit here and defend the company btw, but its moronic of you to say the pilot group is bringing down the industry. especially when the original poster asked nothing about that. as i said, look elsewhere that may suit your needs. and if you don't like what you see, life at tsa is not as bad as some other ignorant posters may make it sound.
