Does anyone think Spirit is hoping that the DOJ will stop the buyout?? I mean I don’t think NK Board members had much of decision in terms of avoiding of a lawsuit. Since the vote never officially took place, maybe the hopes of Frontier and Spirit can officially merge.

I mean talk about double dipping. $400 million cancellation fee plus then would be Frontier’s offer.
