You do it all online.

Go to DeltaNet, move your mouse onto "Employee Connection" then click "Discounts" when the menu appears. On the bottom left it will say "DHL Vendor's Employee Shipment Program" - click on that then "Read more about..." then the "User Guide" will show you how to set it up.
