Export the calender from Flica to outlook on your computer. Sync Blackberry to outlook using Blackberry Desktop Manager. In Blackberry Desktop Manager, click on synchronize, then simply choose what items to sync, in this case, calender.

Mind you in order to do this you must have outlook on your computer set up, I never used outlook until my company started using flica. I use a gmail email address that is "pushed" to my blackberry. The same email address also goes to my outlook on my computer, although I hardly ever use it (outlook).
