My background and PRIA was completed quite quickly, although the time between a CJO and first available class date is so long that it pretty much doesn't matter (AA and UA are slightly less backed up for indoc though). FWIW, I'm only a 2 year FO and the decision was still tough to make. Too much uncertainty at NK to feel comfortable in DTW.
