The pre-filled addresses of school/employer fields seem to be derived directly from every applicants' input. You will also see multiple copies of the same school/employer if the address details do not match exactly. Also, if I try to list my employment as a "Contract Pilot" the prefilled address is someone's private home address! What did you put for the phone number there? I put contract pilot but for employer I put who I contracted for. Did you put your own address or your employers?
Also the references section is confusing me too. Like the above poster, I don’t know if it’s a reference for every job. I have a couple of employers who aren’t in business anymore, so I wonder how they’re going to verify that employment. I assume maybe that’s a reference I’d want to put down so they can call someone to verify.
