These are just examples in the last month that I've personally witnessed. Are people dropping racial slurs every flight? No, though I've flown with plenty of people who do. But to say that you rarely hear racist or sexist remarks is laughable. There was even a recent Facebook post on the 2020 page that had to be taken down because of the racist bile people were spouting about the PAPA conference that swa was sponsoring.

I'm not saying we all have to walk on eggshells at work or that an overheard joke needs to be turned into immediate terminations, and I do think the wokeness is getting out of control, but if you don't think that some work really DOES need to be done, you may want to look in the mirror a little.
This is my point—that woke us going to ultimately harm not help. Have you listened to or read the SWAPA podcast about the incidents of pilots being written up by flight attendants? The numbers involved is eye opening.

Remember the separate hotels movement? There’s a reason.

Now allegations are out that the company wants non-pilots to hire pilots. It’s getting weirder all the time.
