Its simple. Weeks ago, management told the student body what they were getting and what they would sell to pilots. But. To make it seem like 'negotiations' LOL were going on, they were told to sit on it. Make it look like there were real discussions. Today, they copied and pasted the wording of real union messages and now play the 'we have to put it into actual ' language' card, because that is what real unions do. Its all a charade. Company has known for weeks what everyone is about to vote no on. And remember, people only leave OO so they can say they work at DL or AA or wherever. Thats not out of touch AT ALL!!
