Yeah, I can see that. While we do fly into some major airports, most of our passengers are vacation/leisure travelers while Spirit flies to the same places as the legacies and is meant to be a cheaper substitute. Maybe that just attracts a lower class customer, though SWA also does that and doesn't seem to have this problem. NK seems to have more passengers with garbage bags for suitcases in the gate house.
Again, it will be interesting to see how this plays out after the merger. Maybe Frontier will take that crown.
