We got a lot of A-Plan folks. Tough decision to make, and it could be costly to retire even a few days later. Maybe the top 5-10% are taking a hard look, with 200 or so folks jumping ship. Makes me wonder if there is a plan to mitigate this, I doubt it haha. Maybe OTZ how this will play out?
A large cluster of this group, has already departed via early retirement programs. There are still some that will be impacted, but most in that category are not all that astute, financially. This November, I think we will see a little extra attrition out of the left seat, depending on how many are hit in the forehead and actually feel it. The company is expecting an uptick in the 20-50 range…This group is dug in, their financial reasoning would only leave you walking away confused. Honestly, most have already missed the boat, they will likely ride the ship into the dirt. There are a “few” that two years ago was too early, and this year is just right. That’s a small number though, I am going with a mid 20’s number. Hoping many wake up though, life is short, but it can be really hard to admit to oneself, that you made a mistake.
