And I actually know more local pilots who left, than I do transplants.

And I know some who are in a wait and see mode with this supposed Amazon deal and a mainland base.

And I know many more who want to leave but are weighing options and running numbers to justify the hits to pay, seniority, family situations vs. just riding it out for 10 years or so.
