ZED on foreign carriers is always economy for the employee. IIRC there are some ID50 fares the company can book for COBUS interline travel and have the option of purchasing business. As employees, we don’t have this option. (Any upgrades are just gate agent hookups, you can’t list for it.)

If you nerd out and read the OAL agreement for the airline you want to list on (travelnet), you can read the restrictions about business and what fare class of ZED you or your family will have to pay. FYI cheap cheap deal on Virgin Atlantic if you ever need to use them.

Edit: On the full html travelnet site they used to have a link to the OAL agreements from the leisure travel drop down. Now I see all the agreements are housed on the myidtravel portal. The formatting on that site makes them impossible to read on your phone; grab a desktop.
