Go to other interline travel from travelnet. On the first listing page (after you select the travelers) where you select the airline, dates, etc, there’s a drop down under travel status where you can select the type of travel. The default is R2 standby. Pilot commuting is one of the options you can select. This will allow you to list without being charged any money.
To piggyback-clarify, “pilot commuting” is the proper selection for “jumpseat” listing. As explained above, the old direct website doesn’t work anymore for DL employees. OAL jumpseat and OAL ZED is through the link on travelnet. (Yes, it’s extra clicks and a pain).
