Flying under our old contract at Alaska:
I drive to work every day
Work daytime hours
have a fully funded A-plan for my retirement
Have worked without furlough for 20+ years w/o scope
8/5/22 check gross for 2022 so far is 331,XXX
Dude when we get a new contract shortly, it’s gonna be even worse. This place is terrible, go somewhere else!
People at the same airlines have different careers, this is not as cut and dry as you think. There is no, one size fits all. A lot of parity is coming to this industry. Timing will always be very important. If you don’t live on the west coast though, there are way better options then Alaska Airlines for you right now. If you live in one of our bases, I bet you will be ok!
So somebody would apply to Alaskan because of what your arrogant a$$ gets under old contract? A-plan? Are you serious?
You know the difference between you and the rest of us? We look at a mirror and see us, then a window and see the rest of the world. You can't tell the difference between the two.
