I do agree with the first part, second psrt... I doubt it. My job sucks and even if I'm paid better, have more days off, it still will suck. How the company operates won't change overnight.

Have you read the Delta, American, SW, and even United boards now on this site? They all seem just as miserable with their management & how the company is being.
Heck I chatted with a senior American captain at the airport the other day, and he was looking to bail. Said he was just miserable with the company…
