Why is the SLI going to be "ugly" for those that are JR? If they are JR, they are at the bottom. They will be at the bottom no matter what formula is used... For them it's a non-event. It shouldn't be that "ugly" for anyone. The most recent example of a similar integration was nearly even weight given to years vs percentage. It's a good compromise where most everyone loses some, but it's not a windfall/catastrophe. Drama much?
