If the SLI moves anyone’s seniority by more than 3-4% I’ll be amazed. Not that people won’t whine about that 3-4% for decades.
50/50 DOH/RS moves some NK pilots significantly higher than 3-4% off their current RS. Not saying it still won't happen that way because there's no perfect answer no matter how it ends up.
