If the SLI moves anyone’s seniority by more than 3-4% I’ll be amazed. Not that people won’t whine about that 3-4% for decades.
I do think you will see some larger swings in pockets of the seniority list. But for reasons that take longer to explain, and wouldn't change the outcome anyway, they are necessary to be fair overall, and still will neither amount to a windfall nor a catastrophe.
