So there is no chance for someone to get a call for an interview without participating at a MTC event ?
There are people that get calls without going to a MTC, but I can’t think of a reasonable explanation of why someone would opt out of the opportunity. It’s a half day event that all but guarantees you advance to the next step of the hiring process at a major airline.
