People keep calculating like the seniority changes will be linear. They won’t be. The guys at the bottom are so junior they won’t be affected at all. The guys at the very top will STILL be at the very top - just of a larger group. The guys/gals who joined NK for the three year upgrade will take a hit, but last I looked there were still almost 200 FOs in NK senior to the junior NK CA. Even upgrade clearly isn’t that big a deal to everyone compared to QOL issues.

As long as the JCBA is a good one, I really doubt the SLI will hurt anyone much. That won’t mean there won’t be b’tching, b’itching about SLIs is a long established pilot pastime, but damn few are going to have any serious gripes.
