No I actually believe going by how much Captain open time there is on the 767 lately vs FOs, more upgrades than usual are needed
For sure we need more people upgrading on this fleet. A fair number of us have moved to the 747. Only a trickle of new captains replacing them so far. Who knows what the future holds? There are a good number of senior FOs who are more than ready to upgrade.
