As a hint, in categories with little to no reserve available days, you can convert any vacation day to an IVD and use that to drop the trip and then cover the lost revenue with PB day(s).

Yep, the scheduling alert covers that, but makes the point that you have to IVD days other than what you want to use your PB day on, ie they won't convert an actual IVD day into a PB day, but the IVD used in conjunction with PB days can drop a trip and place the PB days on high block hour days.
Using the strategies in the scheduling alert, I routinely use my PB days to garner at least 6.5 to 8hrs credit per PB day.
