You mean like written tests, medicals, commercial certificate, instrument, ATP, type rides, AQP, line checks, CBTs/LMS, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera?
I’m not sure a CPL written from 3 decades ago or an aviation medical or a CBT is a real evaluation of fitness for the job.
