Just a reminder it takes 8 years at allegiant to achieve year 2 pay as a captain at all the other airlines and 7 years as a FO to hit year 2 pay at other airlines with narrow body’s. This does not include soft pay like 401k DC matching, min days, duty and trip rigs, dead head 100% pay, vacation and sick pay counting towards days off, credit of sick and vacation time, which are are well below the standards of other airlines.

You can upgrade and make more at any legacy in 2.5 years and in 3-4 you would make your money back.

Your home every night but when when your deadheaded at 50% pay everywhere to max 117 on reserve, or 4 leg 9 hours of block 15 hour day being home your useless and all your doing is sleeping and playing catch up. If you didn’t wanna work that much then you can do 3 hour turns without a min day which are worth nothing without a min day.
