I don't know where you're based (probably HQ or Avenger) but in my base its pretty much down to short turns which pay guarantee for the month or 14 hour 4 leg days that barely give you 11 hours on the ground between trips that leave you feeling like ass after the 2nd one. Sure you can make good money if you want to pick up VFNs or reserve days and give up your off days otherwise the fake PBS caps you outside of March and summer.

Face it, allegiant is for pilots who want to make okay money, not travel, and not work too hard. It's like a retirement job. Great if you've been washed out the bottom of this industry by the lost decade. Not great if you're young and have your whole career ahead of you.
